People call me Bee, Bern, Bernie or Bernessa. I love travel, making friends, seeing how others live, learning languages and discovering what a place has to offer. I’m a modern day nomad, and home is where I find myself in each moment. I love children, nature and cycling. Such a wonderful moment seeing your friends so happy to be married. A 4 day Tuscan wedding extravaganza. Everyone was smiling!

This man is fantastic. He sits on a plastic chair outside his house in the small village of St Jean en Royans everyday. Sometimes with his wife, sometimes without. 55 years they've been married and she still thinks he's “gentile”. Sweet. This was one of many occasions we'd try to have a conversation and not get very far so we end up laughing!

Fresh off the plane from Italy and just landed in Shanghai. This is glee on Claudia's face at eating real Chinese food and finding a decent coffee! Two of our priorities when we travel 🙂
